Accessibility Statement
alca mobil logistics + services gmbh strives to make its website accessible in the spirit of digital inclusion. The basis is the BFSG (German Accessibility Strengthening Act), the BITV 2.0 (German Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology) as well as the standard EN 301 549, based on the WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 (conformance level AA).
This statement applies to the website: https://www.autoplus360.de/de/
Accessibility status
The website is partially accessible. Many contents and functions already meet the requirements, but there are still some shortcomings that are being gradually addressed.
Non-accessible content
- PDF brochures & manuals: Currently not fully accessible (no PDF/UA-compliant versions).
- Multimedia content (videos): Subtitles and audio descriptions are not yet available.
- Color contrasts & font sizes: Optimization potential remains for certain links and buttons.
- ARIA roles & structural elements: Input fields, navigation, or forms are not yet fully marked up correctly.
- Keyboard operability: Usable in many areas, but focus indicators are missing or not easily visible.
- Responsive design & screen reader compatibility: In specific cases, inconsistencies occur with semantic structures and labels.
Reasons for existing barriers
Despite intensive efforts, not all requirements for digital accessibility could be fully implemented so far. Reasons for this include:
- Technical dependencies: Some limitations result from standard functions of the Shopware 6 platform and third-party plugins, which currently do not provide full accessibility.
- Resources & prioritization: Implementation requires development and design adjustments, which are being carried out step by step in planned release cycles.
- Scope of content: Due to the large number of products, media, and PDF documents, full accessible preparation is an ongoing process.
Method of evaluation
This statement is based on an actual evaluation of the website. The review was carried out as a self-assessment of the operator, using the following methods:
- Automated tests (e.g. WAVE, axe DevTools, Lighthouse) for contrasts, alternative texts, semantics, and keyboard navigation.
- Manual tests on different devices and browsers to check usability, focus control, and responsive design.
- Sample checks according to WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 (Level AA), with reference to the BITV test procedure (simplified application).
